Our streamlined, hands-on approach to management sets Sundance BioClean apart from the large janitorial franchises. Each client has a direct line to the President of the company, Tim Tousey. He communicates directly with the team members working in the client's facility. This allows us to remedy any shortcomings, or honor special requests, as quickly as possible. Unburdened by franchise agreements, we are able to approach any situation with the client's best interest in mind.
We strive to hire the best people to provide service to our clients. All of our team members are paid well above the industry average, with periodic raises and bonuses based on longevity and performance. We believe that if we take good care of our team members, they will take care of our clients. This philosophy has allowed us to avoid the high employee turn-over that generally plagues our industry.
